Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, Granular Nectar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video and images for verification.
