We begin high in the pristine Himalayan ranges of Himachal Pradesh, where our indigenous Desi Pahadi cows roam freely. These pasture-raised cows graze organically on wild alpine herbs and hydrate with mineral-rich glacier water, producing A2 milk of unmatched purity and nutritional value.

To bring you Granular Nectar, we strictly follow the Vedic Bilona method. The fresh A2 milk is boiled, set into organic cultured curd, and delicately hand-churned to separate the Makkhan (Butter). We then slowly clarify this butter over a traditional flame fueled by cow dung cakes. This slow-flame cooking process is the secret behind our ghee’s distinct, deeply comforting aroma and perfectly Granular (Danedar) texture that melts instantly on the palate.

HIMALAYAN PAHADI COW ORIGIN - Sourced directly from the Himalayan range of Himachal Pradesh, our native Himachali Desi Pahadi Cows are strictly pasture-raised, freely grazing on natural, nutrient-dense alpine herbs and drinking pure glacier water.

ALPINE HERB FED & GLACIER WATER - Our cows naturally graze on wild Himalayan herbs and grasses and drink pure glacier water from mountain streams, giving the ghee a naturally rich aroma and granular texture.

TRADITIONAL BILONA METHOD - Prepared using the Ancient Bilona Method from organic cultured whole milk curd—not raw cream. It is meticulously hand-churned using the traditional wooden Bilona technique to preserve essential nutrients, enzymes, and healthy fats.


SLOW COOKED ON COW DUNG CAKES - The churned Makkhan (Butter) is clarified on a slow, steady flame fueled by traditional cow dung cakes. This ancient, unhurried process ensures maximum nutrient retention and gives the ghee its signature golden color.
